Fall 2025 Challenge Exams

Aural Skills 1 and 3: Challenge exams will take place on Thursday, September 4 at 11 AM in two of the "theory rooms" in the Music Building (MB 3039 and 3041). No sign-up is needed but it is expected that you come prepared by reviewing the requirements below. The exam will take about an hour.

Sight Singing 1 and 3: Challenge exams for sight singing will take place in individual meetings with Dr. Yorgason, by appointment on Thursday September 4 and Tuesday September 9, from noon to 5 PM in MB 4233 [sign up here]. There will be a few times on Friday and Monday as well - again, please only sign up if you have reviewed the requirements (below) and are confident that you can pass.
